Urban Decay
Urban Decay photos I take are images that capture things in varied states of decay. In the holistic view of it all, decay doesn't have to take on a negative meaning, simply a spot in the natural cycle of things. So in many cases something that is in a state of decay can feed the seed of what comes next. At least that's how I view this subject as I am out in the field checking things out.

Street Metal
Street Metal is the manhole covers, the utility caps, the geodetic markers that we walk over, drive over, overlook every day. I have fun going around taking pictures of these objects. It is part travel journal, manufacturing shift observation, metal goodness.

Rural Decay
Like the Urban Decay collection of photographs I take, Rural Decay examines the remains of man made structures out in the countryside. From Barns falling down, to old cars left in the woods, I just love how nature has an ability to grow on, around, and all over things that we silly humans have left behind.
